3. Enquiries and Quotations
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not automatically create a booking or contractual agreement.
Any quotation provided by Irene Rose Studio may be subject to availability and may have an expiry period specified in the quotation.
A booking will only be considered confirmed once the required booking process, agreement and payment have been completed.
4. Booking and Payment
Photography and videography bookings are subject to the specific terms agreed with the client.
Where a booking fee, deposit or other payment is required, the amount and payment schedule will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.
Failure to make required payments may result in the booking being cancelled or services being withheld, subject to the agreed contract.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling arrangements will be governed by the specific agreement provided to the client.
Where possible, we will work with clients to accommodate changes to dates or arrangements, subject to availability.
Additional costs may apply where a change creates additional travel, accommodation or other expenses.
6. Wedding Dates and Availability
Wedding dates are subject to availability.
Irene Rose Studio cannot guarantee availability until the booking has been formally confirmed.
7. Photography and Videography Style
Our work is creative and artistic in nature.
By booking our services, clients acknowledge that the final photographs and films will reflect our professional style, artistic judgement, editing approach and creative decisions.
We will make reasonable efforts to understand and accommodate the client’s preferences while retaining creative control over the final work.
8. Client Cooperation
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their event, including relevant dates, locations, timings and requirements.
Clients should also ensure that relevant members of the wedding party and event organisers are aware of photography and videography arrangements where necessary.
9. Copyright
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright in photographs, films and other creative works produced by Irene Rose Studio remains with the studio or the relevant copyright holder.
Clients receive the usage rights specifically agreed as part of their booking.
Clients must not commercially reproduce, sell, substantially edit or license our work without written permission.
10. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Irene Rose Studio may request permission to use selected photographs or films from a client’s session or wedding for portfolio, website, social media, advertising or promotional purposes.
Where client consent is required, we will seek the appropriate permission before using identifiable images for promotional purposes.
